ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:  

1. Click ONE price link in Section 1 below, based on the class fee for which you qualify. It will take you to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart, select the location/class for which you are registering.
2. If you need a book or want a skill assessment report, hit the "Back" button and choose those items from Sections 2 and 3 below.
3. If you are registering someone else, a group, or shipping book to someone else:
   • We use the information in the "billing address" section of the payment form as your registration information.
   • If you are paying for someone, please provide their information in the "comments/notes" section.
   • If you want to book shipped somewhere else, please complete the "shipping address" section of the payment page.
   • Receipts, confirmation letters and skill assessment forms are sent to the e-mail address listed in the billing section.

Upon receipt of your registration, we will send a registration confirmation e-mail with more details, directions and forms (based on what you chose above).
