- If you are registering someone else, a group, or shipping book to
someone else:
- We use the information in the "billing address" section of the
payment form as your registration information.
- If you are paying for someone, please provide their information in the "comments/notes" section.
- If you want to book shipped somewhere else, please complete the
"shipping address" section of the payment page.
- Receipts, confirmation letters and skill assessment forms are sent to
the e-mail address listed in the billing section.
