The information and services on this site are provided by Parent's Toolshop Consulting, Ltd. (PTC), which oversees Integrity Marketing (IM) services and Ambris Publishing (AP), the subsidiary company that publishes all PTC and IM resources.

 
Use of Information and Services
 
The PTC/IM/AP staff and its users create the majority of the content in this site. The information (including but not limited to the advice and recommendations) and services on the site are for education use only. The information and services are provided with the understanding that neither  PTC/IM/AP nor its suppliers or users are engaged in rendering legal, medical, counseling or other professional services or advice. Your use of the site is subject to the additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the site.

PTC's parenting information and resources are intended solely as general educational aids and are neither medical, psychological nor health care advice for any individual problem nor a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional advice and services from a qualified health care provider familiar with your unique facts. Privacy Policy
 
PTC/IM/AP respects the privacy of every individual who visits our site. PTC/IM/AP will not collect any personal information about you (such as your name, address, e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. PTC/IM/AP will never sell or give away personal information to any third party. If you're getting any unsolicited material at your home address, it was not from any information provided by PTC/IM/AP.

Seminar Recording Policy

If you are participating in a Parents Toolshop seminar that is being audio or video recorded, you will be notified in advance. Our purpose in recording some seminars is to provide additional educational resources in non-print formats. Occasionally, we will use them for promotional purposes.

In a recorded seminar, we will never ask you to share identifying information such as your full name, to protect your confidentiality as one of our clients. 

Your voluntary participation in such recorded seminars serves as your informed consent to your use of your voice or image, in whole or in part, in these recordings or other derivative materials based on them with no monetary or other compensation provided in exchange.

Parents Toolshop Consulting, Ltd or it’s associated companies shall own the copyrights to all recordings and have the right to reproduce, redistribute, prepare derivative works based on, publicly perform and display these materials without compensation to those participating in the recorded seminars.

Miscellaneous
 
This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. PTC/IM/AP's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between PTC/IM/AP and you, related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Warren County, Ohio.
