Important notes:

• You will receive some of the handouts prior to class by e-mail, with links to download and print yourself. (Couples may share.) If you need the handouts in print & mailed to you, order them for $50 on the order form below (or that you send by mail/fax). You will also receive additional resources throughout the class worth over $200.
• There is no child care available - although you may register your children as participants if they are at least 13-years-old, able to understand basic scientific discussions and mature enough to participate in adult conversations. If you attend with your children, you may not discuss any parenting problems. You can use the "couple" or "group" discount depending on how many family members attend.
• Foster Parent CEUs provided. CEUs approved for Ohio Social Workers, Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists. Please add a note in the "comments" section of the payment page if you want CEUs and indicate the type of CEUs you want. (Check back to the Schedules page for updates on approval process.)

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:  

1. Click on the link below for the class fee for which you qualify. It will take you to the shopping cart. have a coupon code, select either the individual or couple fee, then enter the code in the shopping cart.
   
   
2. If you need to register under more than one price group (example: once for yourself, and again for a group of employees), register for one price group, then click the "Continue Shopping" button in your Cart to return to this page. If you only need to register once, skip to Step 3.
   
   
3. Groups: Select the number of participants ("4", "5", etc.)
   If you are not in a group, skip to Step 4.
   
   
4. Proceed to Checkout. Make sure that the billing information matches your credit card and that the email address in that section is where you want all your confirmation and class information sent to. We will complete your registration using this contact information.
   
   If you are paying for someone else, please provide their information in the "Ship To" section of the payment form.
