- Place your cursor over the link of the file you save
- Windows users Right Click; MAC users Right Click or Control+Left Click(you should see a box pop up like the one to the right)
- Select one of the following options based on which web browser you are using:
Internet Explorer and Opera: "Save Target As..."
Firefox and Netscape: "Save Link As..."
Safari: "Download Linked File As..."
- A download screen will come up asking you where you
want to save the file to on your computer. You should save the files to your
"Desktop" or another folder you can easily find. Once you have
downloaded the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to
and double click the MP3 file to open it. This should launch your
MP3 player or media player so you can listen to the call.

To Play Audio Files |
Option #1 - Left
Mouse click to play the mp3 and listen to it now
Option #2 - Burn them to a CD to listen to
later:

If you have a non-MP3-compatible CD
player, burn the CD in "audio format." One CD holds
about one hour of recordings.

If you have a MP3-compatible player,
burn the CD as a data file. You can fit dozens of files
on one CD.

To Open/Read PRINT MATERIALS |
The handouts are in a PDF file you can open, read and print with Adobe Acrobat
Reader.
You probably have this program already on your computer, but if not, you can
download it for free at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
You can read and print the PDF file, but cannot copy/paste the text from it.
